VP - Real Estate (m/f/d)

Build up and lead a team of financial analysts and be responsible for the timely execution of real-estate analysis

Research local real-estate markets to gain a deep understanding of the attractivity of potential targets

Drive the analysis of real estate investment opportunities from end to end, including underwriting, due diligence, and creation of investment memos

Work closely with our business intelligence team to understand the competitive landscape of local markets

Analyze potential real-estate deals financially and create convincing deal proposals

Discuss your findings to convince our management team to close or not close an opportunity

Support lease negotiation, deal structuring, and real estate partnership efforts

Demonstrate a strong understanding of internal and external risk factors and the regulatory environment in which we operate

You have acquired tangible knowledge in financial modeling during full-time or internship positions in investment banking, consulting, or other adjacent fields such as transaction advisory or audit

You are interested in learning more about the real-estate / hospitality industry

Ideally, you have worked with databases before, or you are comfortable enhancing your tech-skills in this regard
