About The Role

As a ​HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in ​all ​administrative duties to support ​all ​functions of the employee life cycle. In this role, you will:
  • Perform human resources coordinator duties related to employee onboarding, offboarding, IT setup, maintaining employee handbooks, and ensuring overall compliance
  • Provide administrative support assisting with new vendor onboarding and VISA compliance
  • Assist the HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records and financial documents up to date
  • Implement and maintain administrative systems, propose new workflows and ensure efficiency in current and new processes. 
  • Respond to employee requests, questions and queries

About You

  • Have previous experience in a HR function, in a start-up environment
  • Are process oriented with working knowledge of HRIS systems (we use Personio)
  • Are familiar with German Labour law
  • Are comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at multiple seniority levels
  • Are a skilled multitasker who can work independently to prioritise tasks efficiently and deliver on time
  • Have a genuine interest in the wellbeing of others and a high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Native German Language skills are a MUST and decent level of English language is also required
