About The Role

The CRM team at numa is looking to hire someone with creativity and an analytical mindset to help us improve the potential of what CRM can bring to the company. The person we hire will have the freedom to make their mark on a growing CRM program that inspires travellers to experience a new way of seeing the world.

  • Identify customer retention opportunities across the different stages of the lifecycle and convert these customers using a combination of engaging content and smart discounting

  • Lead campaign ideation and concept development for multi-channel CRM program development and optimization that delivers against our company goals

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, to work jointly with our Marketing, Revenue and Product departments to build engaging multi-channel experiences

  • Represent CRM in meetings and cross-functional teams (Product, Brand, Performance Marketing, Copy, Design, Content)

  • Manage execution and rollout of CRM programs and lifecycle frameworks, ensuring high-quality and meeting deadlines

  • Structure A / B and/or multivariate tests to optimise campaigns on an ongoing basis, to iterate often using a data-informed approach

  • Report on campaign performance to improve and inform future business decisions


About You

  • 2+ years related experience in CRM, ideally with hospitality or travel industry experience (but not required)

  • Experience using a CRM platform (e.g. Braze, Optimove, Sendgrid or similar)

  • Experience with CRM channels: Email, Whatsapp, Push Notifications and In-app Messages 

  • Fluent in English (C2)

  • Strong background in customer conversion, re-engagement and retention strategies

  • Strong analytical and statistical skills. Project management experience working cross-functionally to develop campaigns

  • Passionate about the user: you develop campaigns that empathise with the user

  • Confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organisation

  • Willingness to approach projects with a can-do attitude and create processes where there aren’t any
