Your mission

In this role you will be responsible for uncovering and handling booking requests and corporate partnerships to generate revenue for our locations. Your role includes solicitation and coordinating of efforts and initiatives within cross-functional teams including revenue management, sales and operations.
You will have the ability to make a real impact on the business performance whilst shaping your career and gain experience in a fast-evolving industry.

  • Be responsible for handling corporate & group inquiries via email or phone
  • Coordinate with revenue management, sales & operations teams to drive additional revenue
  • Solicit & manage assigned corporate key accounts, groups and/or segments
  • Take ownership of pipeline and proposal processes
  • Review and qualify booking inquiries to effectively scale potential of each assigned account/segment
  • Support us in building a structure for our corporate clients and partnerships that allows us to scale quickly

Your profile

  • Completed an undergraduate diploma with a background in business administration, hospitality management or related field
  • Previous experience in sales or hospitality is a plus
  • Great communicator, hands-on and high attention to detail
  • Comfortable in working with numbers and data
  • Fluent in English & German
