Paid Advertising
Own and execute digital marketing & advertising campaigns for B2C and B2B across the following channels:
Search engine advertising (Google & Bing)
Social Media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn)
Travel websites (Google hotels, Tripadvisor, Trivago)
Display and Video Advertising.
Manage budgets and expenses across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient Customer Acquisition Costs.
Report, recommend and iterate on campaigns and creatives to drive increased Return on Investment.
Identify and develop channel opportunities with technology partners.
Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition and brand campaigns.
Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure landing page performance and superb user experience
Analytics
Manage and maintain the tracking and reporting tools for website and digital advertising performance.
Analyze data and present performance briefings to the management team.
2-3 years of experience in performance marketing campaign management
Exposure to Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager and preferably one additional ad platform
Coming from a high growth and / or startup environment; hospitality experience is a plus
Deep understanding data analytics and respective tools (Google Analytics, Looker / Tableau / Qlik)
High attention to attribution and user journeys across channels
Preferably handled a 7-figure performance marketing budget before
Fluent in english; german / italian is a plus
