About The Role

Your Mission
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will be leading the Operations team and supporting the local growth activities. You will be responsible for the day to day operations, service delivery,  guest satisfaction, operational legal compliance, financial performance, and first point of contact managing the landlord relationships. 

Your Objectives
  • Build and lead the Operations team managing Housekeeping, Maintenance and any local guest & brand activities
  • Represent the numa brand in the properties ensuring compliance to all company standards at all time
  • Drive guest satisfaction to achieve targeted financial revenues and contribute to overall company OKRs
  • Be actively involved in Project Management in the Development Stage
  • Control cost performance to deliver bottom line performance
  • Deliver monthly reports to the leadership team on the financial performance of our Berlin properties and recommendations for course corrections where necessary
  • Own landlord relationship management
  • Coordinate and manage external stakeholders, including contract negotiations
  • Look for new ways to improve the operational setup in Berlin and actively contribute to process optimisation, making scalability your priority

  • Up-to-date maintenance and facility management in the properties

About You

  • Have studies or work experience in the fields of Hotel Management and/or Accommodation Industry
  • Are comfortable understanding financial operational data to back-up operational decision making and forecasting
  • Have proven experience in leading small multi departmental teams
  • Are highly structured and detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills
  • Are able to execute tasks on short notice independently and with high quality and precision 
  • Are able to work under pressure and multitask in a fast paced work environment 
  • Are fluent in German and English (required)
