About The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you will optimise our sales strategies to improve our sales performance across the DACH market. You will focus on meeting personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and troubleshooting specific customer problems. In this role, you will:

  • Improve our existing sales processes to expand our customer base and extend our reach in a scalable way
  • Engage with our corporate customers and grow long-lasting relationships with the aim of increasing satisfaction and extending their contracts
  • Identify new potential customers that see value in our solution and new corporate opportunities that fit the numa strategy
  • Handle qualification, demos & closing for both inbound and outbound leads
  • Build a successful corporate travel program by nurturing and re-engaging our existing customer base
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them

About You

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and German (C2 required)
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in B2B sales in the DACH market, with the ability to work relatively independently from prospecting to sign-on
  • A heart for operational excellence and experience / interest in creating data driven sales processes
  • A knack for building relationships with customers to understand their needs and address their concerns
  • A natural tendency for ownership with a hands-on entrepreneurial and solution-oriented attitude
