Your mission


  • Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings on behalf of our CEO and founders, understanding the full context and business priorities
  • Communicate with external and internal business partners, including arranging meetings, phone calls, events
  • Assist in all administrative support functions including presentations and book keeping
  • Handle meeting preparation by taking minutes and diligently tracking action items and follow-ups
  • File expense reports and track reimbursement status
  • Supporting the executive meetings, agendas, action tracking and status management
  • Collaborate closely with C-level and management
  • Domestic and international travel coordination; organizing all travel arrangements including but not limited to itineraries, accommodations and transportation
  • Take responsibility for office management, including office supply and equipment
  • Support all HR related administrative tasks

Your profile

  • Experienced in organization, team or event management, preferably in a startup or hotel environment (i.e. team/executive assistant, hotel sales/event management)
  • Well-organised with good attention to detail, yet comfortable working in the fluid ambiguity of a thriving startup 
  • Competency in effectively prioritising and structuring workload
  • High level of discretion pertaining to confidential information
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German
  • Flexible and able to handle ad-hoc issues that may arise outside of core business hours
  • Flexible to work from our office in Berlin at least 4 day a week
