For this role, you will be responsible to improve our business performance in our properties across Europe.
You will analyze, develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize our revenue top-line and KPIs.
Your role includes working with data and analyzing booking patterns to make pricing decisions.
You will have the ability to make a real impact on business performance whilst shaping your career and gain experience in a fast-evolving industry.
You will be hands-on in running experiments and executing data-driven pricing decisions to optimize overall performance
You will work together with the distribution, marketing and sales team to align on KPIs and strategy road map Share learnings with other departments at numa to ensure knowledge transfer
You will build competitor sets and market intelligence to enhance our knowledge basis
You will support the tech and BI team in improving our revenue management product
Enrol in the university with some analytical background such as business administration, finance, business/data analytics, mathematics, BI, etc. or recently graduated.
Previous experience in consulting, banking, data analytics, business development or related field is a big plus
Previous background in hospitality is good, but definitely not a must
Very good knowledge of either excel (or SQL) is important
Has to be fluent in English
Minimum availability of 40 hours of work per week
