In this role you will be working directly with the co-founder and chief creative officer, to set numa's brand standards and take the brand to the next level. It's a highly strategic role and you will be the connecting node for all brand initiatives internally within the company and externally towards stakeholders. You will also manage quality control across our products (physical locations) as well as project manage our new location openings from a brand perspective ensuring numa’s highest brand standards. The environment of our brand team is highly creative, and there will be a number of creative elements you can contribute to alongside our social media manager, illustrator, videographer, photographer and graphic designer. In this role you will have the ability to make a real impact on shaping the future of numa’s brand identity - and realise our vision “bring some soul to travel”.
You Will Focus On:
Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition
Being the guardian of our brand, ensuring brand standards across all our channels are met, internally and externally
Working on brand growth incl. strategic projects such as competitor and guest insights analysis, market trends, focus groups, new product initiatives, developing new branding opportunities etc
Coordinate, create and deliver branded content (photo, video, illustrations) to our inhouse communication, content and performance marketing teams for them to execute e.g. blog posts, press releases, print and digital media
Managing and executing the branding process for all new location launches
Proactively proposing new initiatives or process optimisation methods
Monitoring the brand performance through key performance indicators (KPI) and managing brand budgets
Keeping the agenda of our creative team incl. illustrators, videographers, photographers and graphic designers - ensuring timely execution of our brand topics
Msc, Bsc in marketing, brand management, communication or alike
Minimum 3-5 years experience, or more, in a similar role
Strong aesthetics, inline with numas brand identity
Strong analytical skills incl data analysis, with an understanding of the technical side of marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of creative and innovative mindset
Humble, fast learner and great attention to detail
Comfortable with multitasking, being on different ongoing projects and working independently
Artistic background and interest such as photography, videography and graphic design is a plus
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Software (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and gsheets, powerpoint and gdoc
Fluent in English and German is a plus
