In this role you will be working simultaneously with different teams to ensure a successful distribution strategy and improve our direct reservations share. You will lead our direct channels within the online Distribution Team. You will be responsible for prioritizing the most important tasks and projects related to the direct channels. In this role, you will:
Take ownership of distribution performance on direct channels: website booking engine and metasearch channels (Google, trivago, TripAdvisor, etc.)
Work closely with Performance Marketing, Revenue, Tech, Brand and Content teams for a boost in direct reservations.
Improve our user engagement rates by uploading attractive visual and written content.
Analyze property performance in terms of direct reservations share (%), visibility and booking conversion.
Understand traffic trends, potential lack of visibility of properties and respective bottlenecks in the technical and content set up.
Ensure a successful guest experience by managing expectations pre-stay: having clear and detailed directions.
Define scalable and strong processes for our direct channels (launch management, content upload, maintenance tasks, analysis).
Master / Bachelor degree in marketing, business or related field.
Previous experience in website management, online distribution channels or digital marketing.
You have high attention to detail and a feeling for good-looking content.
You are creative and possess strong analytical skills, with an ease to quickly identify potential issues and plan a strategy.
You are a problem solver and have a structured approach to quickly define team priorities and share improvement points.
You have a great deal of people.
