As a Head of Partnerships, you will take strategic responsibility for developing partnerships, building strong relationships and diving into data to measure results and drive decisions.

Your mission

  • Be fully responsible for your own P&L and boost our profits by creating more bookings with strategic partnerships that move the needle and make a real business-critical impact

  • Create a loyal numa fanbase by closing strategic partnerships that massively delight our guests

  • Have a huge impact on our up-and cross-selling success by adding partnership products to our portfolio

  • Increase our brand awareness and visibility by signing deals with larger brands

  • Continuously screen competition, technology trends and best practices within the market

  • Collaborate with and be part of cross-functional teams with colleagues from Product Management, Marketing, Operations & Sales, BI to enable lean opportunity validations.

  • Work closely with our product management team to seamlessly integrate partnerships into the digital guest journey

Your profile

  • 3+ years professional experience within a comparable setting, preferably with a scaleup or consulting profile. 

  • Master’s Degree or similar.

  • High intrinsic motivation for identifying and developing new business opportunities.

  • You believe in agile ways of working. You strive for success and outcome. You take ownership and are a true team player. You have a clear bias for action.

  • Fast apprehension, strong ability to identify and focus on top priorities

  • Excellent logical and analytical skills

  • Experience with strategy and/or consulting projects and/or business aspects

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both in German and English.

  • Ability to work highly independently and deal with complexity and ambiguity in a very dynamic environment.
