Intern/Working Student Operations (m/f/d) Hamburg - part time (15-20 hours)

• Ensure our standards are kept for the best comfort of our guests, especially in regards to maintenance and housekeeping.
• Order supplies (beverages for our free minibar or linen,...) guaranteeing our properties are well equipped
• Work hand in hand with the rest of the Operations team, our Guest Experience Team and other departments within numa
• Support and execute Projects (Housekeeping Styling Guides, Chromecast rollouts, etc.)
• Assist with on-site requests during working hours. You will have a unique opportunity to assist us with the pre- & post-opening of new hospitality units
• Bring the desire to improve our processes and make them simple

• Studying preferably in the fields Hotel Management / Business Administration 
• Available to work a minimum of two consecutive days and / or nights per week
• Willingness and ability to be hands-on when needed and work in team towards a common goal
• Detail-oriented with proven organisational skills (managing appointments and requests, and communicating effectively with partners)
• Ability to execute tasks at short notice 
• Experience managing multiple tasks and finding out alternative solutions to unexpected problems 
• Fluency in German and English are required (C1 level), other languages are a plus
• First experience in project operations / hospitality management is a plus
• Driving licence is a plus
