As one of our Business Analysts, you’ll be in charge of improving our performance at our properties across Europe! With your ability to turn abstract data into tangible, understandable insights, you’ll help shape our overall demand strategy, offering pearls of wisdom at each step of our launch processes. You’ll seek out patterns in booking behaviour, run tests for different strategies and view incoming data holistically to keep us on the right track, all while shaping your career in an ever-evolving industry. Missions:
Building our long-term revenue strategy to increase our top line performance
Championing the demand strategy aspects of a revamped launch process
Leading projects aligned with numa’s OKRs, clustered around topics like Define and data analysis, market research and scalability
Identifying booking patterns to make pricing decisions & running A/B tests to check those decisions
Collaborating with our Business Insights and Data teams to understand local markets and improve insights on our business and with our Distribution, Marketing and Sales teams to align on KPIs & goals
Shaping our quarterly net revenue goals with the knowledge you gain from data analysis
Your profile
Education/background: Undergraduate diploma with an analytical background, such as Business / Data analytics, Hospitality, Business Administration or a similar field
Experience: Beginning experience in revenue management, business development or consulting (in tourism/hospitality industry)
Skills: You must have strong analytical and logical capabilities, as well as the ability to break down complex results into understandable insights. A working knowledge of BI and visualisation tools is a big plus.
Characteristics: We’re looking for someone who is autonomous and self-motivated, someone who can drive ourstrategic roadmap forward. You’ll need to be a good communicator, able to work between teams and team leadswith ease and be adaptable to a fast-paced growing environment
Availability: As this is a full-time position, you’ll need to have availability of at least 40 hours per week
