To achieve our mission, numa is building a proprietary technology and data platform combining hospitality services, real estate and guest experiences.

• Oversee the project management in our real estate project development, including Design & Build and Turnkey construction projects from the moment of acquisition/sourcing

• Manage and develop projects in both the planning & construction phase independently and holistically

• Monitor the construction planning phase including implementation planning according to local guidelines

• Interface with external service providers (planners, consultants, construction companies and other project participants)

• Represent the client and sound out/conduct negotiations with the authorities

• Construct budget and construction management holistically with regard to costs, deadlines, qualities with corresponding reporting

• Supplement our management capacity

• Plan and supervise the execution of construction work, taking into account design, technical, economic, ecological and social aspects

• Create project monthly reports for internal and external reporting

• Coordinate remedial measures

• Collaborate in the constant technical and economic optimisation of our products and in their detailed solutions in processing and execution

• Education: At least an undergraduate degree with a technical focus (e.g. architecture, civil engineering) 

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience as project / development manager in real estate project development or construction management

• Skills: Extensive technical knowledge (from building regulations to building services to construction prices) as well as basic commercial knowledge. Real estate project development expertise is a must (preferably in hospitality). 

        Must be fluent in German and English.

• Characteristics: We’re looking for strong communication skills, diplomatic skills and a high willingness to cooperate. You’re able to present & handle our business wherever you go, from our HQ to building sites and municipalities. You’re a dynamic, entrepreneurial personality with integrity and assertiveness. With your strong positive team spirit and hands-on mentality, you’re a perfect match for us! Lastly, you must have a high willingness to travel.
