As a Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for shaping our digital guest journey and optimizing internal processes together with the Tech & Product Team and our CTO/ Co-founder.
This is a unique opportunity to start something from scratch where your ideas genuinely matter. This role provides a real opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever changing business climate.
You will develop a deep understanding of numa’s internal processes, workflows, internal infrastructure and operations, while building credibility to become a trusted partner to technical and non-technical teams
You will be responsible for developing detailed project plans and manage the features from start to finish, including resource allocation, progress tracking, training, and on-time delivery
You will own, prioritize and manage the team’s product backlog, develop written requirements for the engineering team and ensure proper data tracking with analytics platforms such as Looker and Google Analytics
You will collaborate with senior management and experts to define solutions, KPIs and success metrics which drive and actively shape numa’s long-term strategy
You will partner with internal teams and 3rd party vendors to plan and design technical solutions and implement tools to help the Operations & Guest Experience team to operate efficiently
You will provide regular status updates to management, keeping them aware of the success of new features, critical issues and developing action plans to address roadblocks
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science or any related field
Strong plus: experience in the hospitality industry
2-3 years of technical product management experience, preferably in implementing internal products & processes
Proven ability to understand the pain points, make date-driven decisions and prioritize accordingly
Demonstrated skills in data modeling and analytics, dashboarding, reporting, and testing
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently in a result-oriented way
Empathetic problem solver, team player with the ability to synthesize and communicate complex information effectively throughout the organization
Strong attention to detail; you dig into the workflows and understand every aspect of the projects you lead
