Your mission

For this role, you will be responsible to improve our business performance in our properties across Europe.
You will have the ability to make a real impact on business performance whilst shaping your career and gaining experience in a fast-evolving industry.
Missions:
  • Be responsible for the top-line performance of a market by building a long term revenue strategy
  • Set quarterly revenue goals
  • Manage the new launch process in regards to demand strategy
  • Define and lead projects aligned with the company’s OKRs (data analysis, market research, scalability)
  • Analyze booking patterns to make pricing decisions & Run A/B tests on different pricing strategies
  • Work closely with our BI and data team to understand local markets and improve insights on 
    our business
  • Collaborate with distribution, marketing, and sales team to align on KPIs & goals
  • Collaborate with growth and expansion team to align on long term strategic direction , providing insights on market potential and revenue optimization opportunities

Your profile

  • Education/background: Undergraduate diploma with an analytical background, such as Business / Data analytics, Hospitality,  Business Administration or a similar field
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in revenue management, business development or consulting (in tourism/hospitality industry)
  • Skills: You must have strong analytical and logical capabilities, as well as the ability to break down complex results into understandable insights. Strong communication skills and the ability to bring a point across different audiences is a must.
  • Languages: Fluent English is a must. German is a plus!
  • Characteristics: We’re also looking for someone who is autonomous and self-motivated, someone who can drive our strategic roadmap forward. You’ll need to be a team player and be adaptable to a fast-paced growing environment
