Launch Intern (m/f/d) German - Spanish speaker




Your mission

  • Assisting with the coordination and management of internal & external key stakeholders during the pre-opening process of a new property to ensure timely launch completion.

  • Extensive travel across various cities to assist with coordinating and executing tasks onsite alongside contractors, suppliers & other 3rd parties.

  • Communication with all stakeholders on project deadlines, making sure we’re progressing and being held accountable.

  • Taking part in brainstorming sessions to improve processes or remove recurring problems & bottlenecks.

  • Responsible for setting up and maintaining internal information management tools related to our properties.

  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure that all operational requirements and numa guest experience standards are met on-site.

  • Supporting with ad-hoc administrative, operational & project management tasks when required.


  • Complete 80% of playbook tasks before launch date

  • Complete 100% launches on time

  • Achieve 9.4 out of 10 avg guest satisfaction rate across major distribution channels during the 1 month ramp-up phase.

Your profile

  • You’re someone who prides themselves on getting the job done

  • Conscientious

  • Independently proactive

  • Multilingual (German & Spanish )

  • Studying preferably in the fields: Project Management, Business Administration, Events Management, Real Estate or Hospitality Management.

  • Comfortable with learning & using numerous tools & systems to get the job done.

  • Familiarity and interest in either project management / construction / operations / hospitality management

  • Highly structured and detail-oriented perfectionist with exceptional organisational skills

  • Ability & willingness to execute tasks on short notice independently and with high quality and precision 

  • Willingness and ability to be hands-on & “getting hands dirty” when needed and working towards a precise timeline

  • Experience in working under pressure and multitasking in a fast paced work environment while working independently
