How does the check-in work?

Upon arrival, all you have to do is go to the building, stand in front of the entrance door, and click on the link you previously received via the email: "Important information for your check in". You'll require a WiFi or internet connection, and if done correctly, the doors will open! To get into your room, it's the same procedure—and the same link! Just stand in front of your apartment (with an internet connection), press the link, slide to unlock and you're in.

How can I request an early check-in?

You can request to check in early during the digital registration process! If you’ve already registered, simply contact our Guest Experience team on the day of your arrival, and they’ll see if it’s doable. If we can make it happen, we’ll send you a text on the day of your arrival!

How can I request a late check-out?

Accepted Answer

Just get in touch with our Guest Experience team, and we'll see if we can give you a little more time. It's dependent on how many guests are coming and going on your departure day.

If there’s no reception, who can I talk to if I have questions or concerns?

Our Guest Experience team is ready and able to answer any questions or concerns you may have. They’re here to make sure your stay is unlike any other, and they’re good at what they do. Here’s the best part: they’re reachable 24/7, 365 days a year, over email, WhatsApp, Facebook or over the phone.

How often are the rooms cleaned?

Your rooms are professionally cleaned before you arrive, but we won't clean them while you're with us. Before you judge, think of the advantages--less water used on laundry, less paper waste, no housekeeping banging on your door in the morning. If you'd still like your room cleaned during your stay, we can absolutely make that happen! Just get in contact with our Guest Experience team, and they'll be happy to arrange that for you. Note: it'll cost you a little fee, so be prepared for that.
