Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

Our room was adorable and the view was stunning. Arriving at night was a little strange as it is quite dark in the surrounding area, which is something to keep in mind if you are travelling alone. We had an issue with our room doorknob that was promptly resolved. Overall wonderful stay

Self check in process was very easy. Room was clean. Bed was so comfortable. Also the staffs prepared some snacks, tea, juice and coffee for us. Everything in the hotel room was really qualified.
