Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

Very clean and new apartment in a cosy neighborhood. I really liked the Numa App that helps you to open the doors with one button on your phone. The breakfast was delivered to the door. And it was really good.

The flat is very cozy, well decorated and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen came well equipped although we barely cooked. It was a nice walk to the city center or a few stops by tram (Line 1) to the center. The support staff online was extremely efficient when we encountered an issue.
