Very comfortable well appointed room. Being able to help ourselves to clean towels etc. The basement lounge area with complimentary drinks was a nice touch. Good access to public transport(free with guest pass).

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Salzburg. It was very clean, beautifully designed, and had great facilities and excellent Wi-Fi. The app and code system for entering the hotel was very convenient and easy to use. The location was excellent, with easy access to the city, and the free public transport passes provided by the hotel were a fantastic bonus and made getting around Salzburg so much easier.

Room was lovely. Loads of films to watch on YouTube, however I loved Servus TV, going to miss their weather reports. Facilities very flexible, and loved the complementary drinks. The key code for entry was easy and I loved the whole concept of this hotel complex. I also loved the Guest Ticket, which gives you free transport in and surrounding areas of Salzburg. I greatly appreciated that.
