Clean, had refrigerator and microwave.

Everything was great! The room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. In a nice location not too far from the centre and close to the train station.

Location is excellent, as it is at walking distance from the main "must seen" areas, but also nearby to grocery stores. It is also at walking distance from the train station. Rooms have kettle, unlimited cofee and tea, and also microwave.

Comfortable bed. Room amenities. Very good shower. Facilities in building. Check in/out is easy.

Great modern hotel, Good location in 15-20 mins from central station and main sights. Very smart furniture, comfort bed, lights etc. Breakfast had all base dishes. Clean number and nice bathroom.

Very convenient to check in etc. Bus 120/121 outside the door to get into Saltzburg but you could also walk. Very clean and felt very secure. Very quiet at night.

It was very clean and the facilities were really good. Very good communication considering no physical member of staff.

The contactless check in process was quite smooth and the rooms were very comfortable. I loved how the bathrooms had actual conditioner in the shower, it is decreasingly common these days.

My first contactless experience, all remote, no reception and no staff. It was fabulous! The instructions provided were so easy. The room was splendid, everything and more provided. There was extra tea/coffee/milk etc available in the lobby.

Although a little nervous at first that there is no reception, only codes, it all worked superbly. The room was really comfortable and well equipped with a fridge, plates, cutlery and even a microwave! The breakfasts were stunning with a lovely variety and wholesome, always delivered on time and beautifully presented. We were in a fine area, with shops nearby and with easy access to the city. An excellent place to stay.
