Question 5

How can I cancel or change my booking?

Accepted Answer

If you’d like to cancel your booking (which we hope you don’t!), here’s what you need to do: If your reservation was booked through an online travel agency (AirBnB, Booking.com, HRS, etc), you'll need to contact them directly. Cancellation depends on the agency's respective cancellation policy. For direct bookings (a booking made on our numa website) with a non-refundable rate, the policy is pretty short: the room is non-refundable. For direct bookings with a flexible rate, you can cancel anytime, for free before 6:00 pm on your arrival day. As always, if you have any questions, comments, or concerns, get in touch with our Guest Experience team, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
