What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can check in anytime after 3:00 pm, and our standard check-out time is 11:00 am. If you want to request an earlier check-in or later check-out, you can do so during our digital registration process, or by contacting our Guest Experience team.

Which Antwerp apartment is most centrally located? (individual)

Accepted Answer

Our property Antwerp Opera is located is on Frankrijklei, an elegant avenue connecting the city centre to one of the city gates to the South. This prime location gives you easy access to the most popluar attractions of the city.

Question 3

I will be arriving late in the evening in Antwerp. Can I still check-in?

Accepted Answer

With your personal PIN code, you can check into your apartment anytime after 3:00pm—no matter when you arrive in Antwerp!

Which Antwerp apartment is closest to the main train station? (individual)

Accepted Answer

From our property Antwerp Opera, you can reach the main train station Antwerpen-Centraal within 8 min by foot, or within 6 min by public transport.

Question 5

How can I cancel or change my booking?

Accepted Answer

If you’d like to cancel your booking (which we hope you don’t!), here’s what you need to do: If your reservation was booked through an online travel agency (AirBnB, Booking.com, HRS, etc), you'll need to contact them directly. Cancellation depends on the agency's respective cancellation policy. For direct bookings (a booking made on our numa website) with a non-refundable rate, the policy is pretty short: the room is non-refundable. For direct bookings with a flexible rate, you can cancel anytime, for free before 6:00 pm on your arrival day.
