Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

We had a great experience. Despite the fact that every interaction with staff was through messaging, the communication was excellent, they were quick to respond to all my enquiries. The apartment was amazing, spacious, clean and modern. Great location too

Nice location, clean property. If you get your apartment in another connected building then you will have to walk alot everytime you enter/exit the property. Rest all is very good.

We got a pretty big studio with a sleeping part isolated enough. A good bedroom with a comfortable bed, a good well equipped kitchenette, a good living room. Absolutely perfect location.

The apartment were amazing! Fully equipped for the living. Parking is in the same building, on the -1 Location is 10/10, very close to the main sightseeings. The only bad thing was, that the sofa in the living room was extremely uncomfortable. It was nearly impossible to get a normal sleep. But if it’s only 2 of you, so you could not find a better Appartment.

The location, area and apartment were all great. We had no issues at all during our stay. We absolutely loved the apartment-it was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, especially the kitchen and the beds. Everything felt new and well-maintained. There were also lockers available where we could store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, free of charge, which was very convenient. A great place to stay. Highly recommended!
