The location was close to the city centre and the central station. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was the most comfortable we ever slept in! I really appreciated the fact that we could store our bags into lockers before and after check-in and out and that refills of tea, coffee, milk, and towels were available in the communal area.

The location- it was only about 5-7 minutes walk from the Grand Place. It was also only a 10 minute walk from Brussels Midi railway station. The decor was lovely. I was lucky to get an upgrade to a suite with a separate living room, so it was very spacious. Very good air conditioning which was great as we were in Brussels in the middle of a heatwave.

Secure and close to the town. Very responsive when I had issues. The beddi g was phenomenonal! Super comfortable and I could have stayed in bed all day. Washing and drying machines were easy to use and not a bad price.
