All good. No staff on sitre so all done via app etc - fine for me but the elderly couple I travelled with struggled.

Cleanliness, comfort, free wifi. Close to the tourist attractions (besides the Atomium, which is further than the others). Nice security systems, and well equipped. Clean bathroom, a lot of supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hand/body lotion, all of which smelled great). They offered both cow and oat milk for the coffee. I wish they offered some kind of sweetener too, besides sugar.

App for unlocking the doors was great. Nice option for late check out. Locker for suitcase once we checked out was very helpful.

The security, the 24 hours help, the communication, the service, the cleaning, the wifi , the location: you can go everywhere walking or in metro in short time They have gym and washing machine and dryer The room is spacious and all available I recommend it

Well organised since no staff on site. Liked could help yourself to towels and toilet paper. Like d we were notified abit early that our room was ready as just sitting g downstairs .

The property had everything I needed. I particularly liked the full bottles of soap shampoo shower gel and conditioner. This eliminated the need to think about buying anything which is quite common in other hotel chains. And overall there were no issues at all, so i would recommend this hotel for sure
