The digital check-in and communication was excellent and saved us lots of time. Location is brilliant for exploring the city. All facilities inside the room are new and high quality. Bed is huge and comfortable. Shower is amazing. Couldn't fault this accommodation at all.

Great stay. Easy check in on arrival and clean room. Perfect location too. Would rather a luggage room as not enough lockers for the amount of rooms and it was a first come first serve basis.

We received a message saying the room was ready to check in early, however when we arrived, the key code didn't allow us access into the room. The host was very responsive and sorted this out for us within 5 minutes which was great. The location was fab, approx. a 10/15 minute walk into the centre. All in all a great stay :)

Great location, all digital communication. Sink was blocked but within a day this was resolved, fridge didn’t work at all unfortunately and this wasn’t resolved, but staff communicated extremely well, and were very forthcoming.
