Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

Q: How does the check-out work?

Just on the edge of new town, 15 min walk to old town. Large room with balcony but be aware they don't permit smoking on the balcony which unfortunately was whole reason I booked in. Loved the keyless entry as now in Spain with one set of keys and it's a nightmare. Very quiet building.
