Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

everything, modern, vveryy comfortable and clean, goodd price, soap and shampoo, coffee, milk, … everything was provided. very easy access… lockers for free, very good ac… very clean towels and bed sheets

Nice clean room and bathroom, which has a walk in shower . Keyless entry where you get given a code to your room and entrance . Location is on a little side street so not too much noise,and a 10 minute walk to wencelas sq. Room cleaning is once a week but you can book extra cleaning via the app. Towels always available as you can go downstairs to the laundry room and get fresh ones Good value and caters to nearly all my needs so would stay again.

I like the natural light from outside the window giving a cozy feeling of the room. The location is in a quiet area and it is easy to find. There are transport stations and has mini supermarkets near it.

Great location for people who already know Prague and know how much better this is than staying in the noisy old town. It's quiet, conveniently near many tram stops and Line B of the metro. A lot of space, nice bathroom, clean, no hassles. Incredible value for money.
