Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

Q: How does the check-out work?

There are three ways to check out: 1) Follow the link received via WhatsApp or SMS the day before departure 2) Scroll up on My Trips and check out there 3) Scan the QR code, which is placed on the door of your room

You can easily manage your booking via My Trips and request early check-in or late check-out there. Nearly always works! Unless the property is too busy that day.

We loved the location and the effectiveness of the hotel management. We had everything we needed and app was easy to use. Everything is close by, shopping, restaurants, cafes, old city… It is a clean facility meeting all of our expectations.

Small but functional room. Generous size bathroom. Small kitchenette with fridge was useful. Adequate room to store clothes and luggage. Good location with many shops and restaurants nearby.

The accommodation was very nice with nice design,, nice bed and large space. Definitely will come back again. The location were excellent very near to everywhere. The services was excellent too eventhough no receptionist but they were very fast responded whenever contact via what's app.
