Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

The staff were very responsive. I arrived quite early and had a medical issue - they accommodated me quite well. The location is amazing - there's a train station nearby, the Eiffel tower is closeby, there are numerous restaurants nearby, building access was quite easy, they have lockers you can use to access the building. It is also very quiet at night - I liked that very much. Overall I had an amazing experience - I'll definitely book them again when back in Paris.

The location is excellent! Kristztina the staff very helpful, made the stay more enjoyable. Just no more toilet paper stock so we bought ourselves as we stayed 3 nights for 4 people. Other than that, it is so good and definitely will book again and recommend to others!

Perfect stay in Paris. We met a guy the last day (he works with Numa), and let me tell you, he was the most helpful and considerate. He helped us with the luggage and made our last minutes at the property amazing; the check-out was super smooth. Please tell him he is a legend, and our stay was 10/10 because of his hospitality.
