Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

The hotel is nice and clean, quiet, there is a great cafe on site where the breakfast is served with friendly staff. There is the option of using a nearby gym for free. Coffee machine in the room.

I had a wonderful stay at Numa Berlin Savi. The room was okay, quite clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location was excellent, close to public transport and great cafés. The self-check-in was fast and easy, and the staff were very helpful via WhatsApp. I would definitely stay here again when I travel to Berlin. I also really appreciated the free access to some Holmes Place gyms, where you can swim and use the sauna.
