Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

Q: How does the check-out work?

An excellent property for a few days exploring Berlin. The proximity of Warschauer station made it really easy to get around the city, and having East Side Gallery only a couple of minutes walk away was fantastic. The host was always excellent in terms of responding to messages and resolved a couple of minor issues very quickly.

Overall the stay was great, apartment was lovely and it was conveniently located near lots of things we wanted to do/see. Only downside is the autogenerated responses when trying to contact the host which made it hard to get some of the support we needed. But still a great stay for a great price!
