Fully automated hotel, no staff or reception. Had quite a scare when in mid night a homeless men entered behind my back - no staff to interviene. Homeless people drinking and lying in front of enterance daily. Shame they do not pay staff for reception, otherwise great rooms and very clean. However would not stay again since security seems like an issue to me.

Everything was above expectations. Extremely well located, super clean and comfortable with all the amenities. It was created thinking of the guest’s needs and wants and it was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed for such a great price. Will definitely become Numa client from now own.

It's really nice - great communication, room is cosy, in the bathroom are dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap and body lotion, kitchenette has everything you need. Location is great, street it's little bit noisy but you are in centre. Public transport is really near, even during the strike S line is around 15 minut far.

Excellent location near Alexaderplarz, very near a metro station, in a lively neighborhood. The room was clean and cozy. Well equiped, nothing excessive though.

I liked digital contactless check-in and check -out process; room is tiny yet comfortable enough for short stay. Comfy bed, pillows and blanket. As recommendation the room light can be improved : too dark at the entrance. And more frequent room cleaning

The beds are super comfortable. The location is very convenient. And even though there is no front desk, everything we need is in the amenities room or can be talked through WhatsApp.

I really like the area around Mitte, it's chic, serene, and safe. There's a cinema called Babylon near Numa, highly recommend to visit!

In a great location with lots of bars, restaurants, shops etc. Great public transport links. Easy to access the property. The studio apartment was a good size, had a balcony and all amenities you would need - kitchenette, smart TV etc. Really clean. Bring earplugs as it is noisy at night being in a busy area.

Numa was an easy place to stay in a great area for exploring Berlin. It is important to know (and I think it is clear from the Airbnb information) that this is not an apartment. It is a small, but very comfortable hotel room. The remote service works well. To operate the washing machines one need’s an app that I did not bother to figure out.
