Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Our reception team operates digitally–they're here for you 24/7 and just a text away. Reach out via WhatsApp or phone with any questions or concerns.

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

Q: How does the check-out work?

There are three ways to check out: 1) Follow the link received via WhatsApp or SMS the day before departure 2) Scroll up on My Trips and check out there 3) Scan the QR code, which is placed on the door of your room

Q: How can I request an early check-in or a late check-out?

You can easily manage your booking via My Trips and request early check-in or late check-out there. Nearly always works! Unless the property is too busy that day.

Very nice interior, comfy bed, everything is clean and looks modern and beautiful. It was a perfect location for my trip, because I was traveling for the rock concert that was happening right infront of the hotel almost (across the road / "Metropol"). Quiet room, understandable instructions provided to how to get inside, everything seems to be perfect. Very unusual since no reception, but very interesting and comfortable approach!

The automated check-in process is swift and easy-to-use (I recommend using their app as well); the location is great - across the street from Nollendorf U station and within 2-3 bus stops from the Kurfurstendamm shopping avenue, which is impressive. The place is cozy, not that big but it's evenly spaced out and intuitively organized - a perfect stay for a city break! Will definitely keep an eye out for other Numa places in Europe.
