Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

Q: How does the check-out work?

There are three ways to check out: 1) Follow the link received via WhatsApp or SMS the day before departure 2) Scroll up on My Trips and check out there 3) Scan the QR code, which is placed on the door of your room

Completely online. Several doors that require code, so better to memorise it. My phone battery died, which made this a bit challenging. Luckily I had a laptop with the email for finding the code. Can rent an umbrella for €3 for 48hours, which was very useful. THere'a also a basebent where you can refill on TP etc

Electronic Check-in & out is very efficient & easy, if you don't rely on staff for that personal touch. The Appartment is adequately equipped for a short stay. Small gestures as compensation for the temporary construction inconvenience nearby are appreciated.

It is our second stay here, and honestly - it was even better. I think it is fair to say, we are true fans now! The room was super spacious, the bed linen as always superb, it was quiet and very comfortable. I LOVE online check-in, and this time our room was ready much sooner than it was stated initially. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the stuff in the shower was astonishing - really nice shampoo, body cream, all smelled incredible.

The location was perfect, 5 minute walk from the airport tram stop and the city sights. Spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen. Free tea, coffee, water etc and easy to top up from the storeroom. Free baggage store for before and after check in, umbrella rental if needed. Good heating and AC, very comfortable beds and pillows. Self check in and check out - this is an unmanned property apart from cleaning staff.

The location was really nice, in the center and still quiet enough. Numa is also on walking distance from the main railway station. You had really everything available in the small kitchen to make a small breakfast and maybe even more (did not do that), and you have extra stock for coffee, thee, milk, toiletpaper etc in the cellar.
