Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

Numa are great overall, from checking in. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, everything is clean and in pretty good condition. And all the rooms come with a coffee maker and kettle, which is highly appreciated. Location for this one is also pretty good, close to bus and metro station. There’s also a coworking space which was nice

Best room I ever for that money. Room was spacious and i loved that little yellow fridge. Everything just worked and free coffee was a great plus. There is nearby U-bahn station (Karl Preis Platz) and so easy to get to and from the city with U2/U3.

Good location. Nice butchers down from it that serve cooked for as well. The ceiling was paintless and was bare concrete with holes in it but apart from that the room was fairly good.

I love the convenient slef check-in, messaging, and great location. I love everything about the Numa hotel concept. It was spotlessly clean, even the common area kitchen in the lobby. I love that if I need something I can just go get it. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable, comfy beds, fantastic shower. Great location near the U and the east train station. I went to Alrigjhty coffee just down the street every day. Great location.
