Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

Q: How does the check-out work?

There are three ways to check out: 1) Follow the link received via WhatsApp or SMS the day before departure 2) Scroll up on My Trips and check out there 3) Scan the QR code, which is placed on the door of your room

You can easily manage your booking via My Trips and request early check-in or late check-out there. Nearly always works! Unless the property is too busy that day.

I liked that they thought about every detail for the stay. Even a device mimicking rain or wind sounds, with timer and lightning options. Great for calmer sleep and meditation. Coffee machine, even oatmilk option. Id prefer here If I come to munich again

The medium suite was big and bright with so many windows. Great view. Easy to get an uber to go anywhere. Or a 15 min walk to the train station. Amal cafe was great for breakfast. Would stay again

Fabulously clean, comfortable and quiet. Stayed for 2 nights with friends. Arrived by U Bahn only 5 minutes walk to Numa (approximately 15 mins by U Bahn from central Munich). The breakfast offer at the nearby cafe was amazing, (the salty offer) was 2 pieces of toast with avocado and eggs plus coffee. Really delicious. The nice little extras because it was Oktoberfest was cute.

The room is a good size and comfortable. It was very quiet, I never heard any noise coming from neighbouring rooms, which was great. The location is nice, only a short walk to the subway station, and only a few stops from the centre of Munich.

Nice room for one person, the design is very cool and modern, and it has everything you could need. It was very spacious which is much appreciated. The checkin and checkout were easy, with a code provided and even lockers if you want to leave your suitcase there. Close to the metro station on foot.
