Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

The location is close to a big mall with restaurants and supermarkets. The subway station is less than 10min walk. The room was big and the kitchen was well furnished.

The whole building was like a hotel, so there were a lot of rooms for rent, it felt pretty safe and easy to enter the building. The instructions were very clear. The room was simple and small with everything needed. The coffee capsules were included. Everything was clean.

Electronic entrance by phone. Music by the bar, but no one there. Realy cozy vibes. After we checked in, we needed to talk with one of the staffs on the phone. We were given another room extra because the room in which we were, the sofa was not made for the forth person. Appreciate the help, Miguel!
