Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Simpy...wow! Would be a bargain for quite a higher price (regardless of what you pay...). Very clean, some treats in the fridge, cooking-equipment. Nice communal rooms - though you can work from your room. Laundry-washing machine and dryer were easy, breakfast was nice (not exceptional - but nice)...

Great location, subway and bus station nearby (M zone). Also big shopping center with huge variety of food corners. Check-in was very easy, room clean and comfortable. We didn't met any staff - communication via WhatsApp was very clear and polite. Definitely - recommended.

We enjoyed the apartment-style of this property. It’s about an 8-10 minute walk from the closest u-bahn and has good proximity to a large gas station/convenience store & supermarket. There is a decently-equipped gym. Staff were very kind and responsive via WhatsApp.

Very comfortable apartment. Very spacious and well equipped. Facilities in the building are very good. While there is no on site reception or staff, the whole process was very smooth. While a bit further away, Marienplatz is still an easy 25 minutes by subway.

Good value during Oktoberfest. Great location - 5 min walk to nearest U Bahn. The hotel even left us a ‘Hangover’ kit , which was certainly welcomed . Rooms are modern and clean. Had a great stay
