Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

Q: How does the check-out work?

There are three ways to check out: 1) Follow the link received via WhatsApp or SMS the day before departure 2) Scroll up on My Trips and check out there 3) Scan the QR code, which is placed on the door of your room

Q: How can I request an early check-in or a late check-out?

You can easily manage your booking via My Trips and request early check-in or late check-out there. Nearly always works! Unless the property is too busy that day.

The place was very easy to find. Room looked exactly as advertised. Had everything I needed for a cheap price. Both check in and check out were very easy and convenient. Very nice and relaxing shower. It was however quite noisy and the room had all sorts of places light could shine in (f.e. underneath the door or on the side of the curtains). Also found a few hairs that didn’t belong to me on my pillow. Everything else was completely clean. All in all, the stay was decent and affordable.

The room was incredible. The kitchenette was practical and very well equipped. The room is in the same building as te gut, we struggled to find it for a little bit. Very well connected to the city centre and clean.
