You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

I booked the extra large room. The studio apartment is cozy and basic, like a large hotel room with kitchenette. The location is good, 10min walking to Obersendling Ubhan station (metro) which takes you to town centre in 10min. There is also a bus stop just outside the property. A supermarket is just underneath which is very convenient. River Isar is also within walking distance for beautiful walks at the nature!

The room is spacious, Location, clean, with a kitchen, everything we needed we can find it. The team is very responsive, they got back to my inquiry very fast. It offers a storage for luggage.

Heated floors were great. Nice big shower and bathroom, nice comfortable big bed. 2 pillows per person automatically provided. Fridge, kitchen sink, microwave, stainless steel kettle, kitchen counter space, desk and separate table. All lovely.
