The location is convenient by the train station and near historical sites. An unexpected bonus is that it seems to be an Arab district, and I ate new and delicious kinds of food from so many countries that are underrepresented elsewhere.

I was going to deduct one point because of the neighborhood (does feel a little dodgy) but to be honest walking 5 minutes you are on a pedestrian street filled with tourists. Windows double glazed so no noise even on a Saturday night. Lidl across the street. Apartment is done like a 5 star hotel (pillows etc) Location to attractions is close. I believe by being in this “location” because it does feel a little dodgy, you probably get the apartment for 50% less if it was situated somewhere else.

Location was very handy for central station and very easy walk to Marienplatz. The apartment was clean and very well appointed It worked well for us with 2 small children to be able to facilitate small meals for them. It is also opposite Lidl and near some fantastic Afghan/Turkish cuisine

Property was very modern and clean. Excellent bathroom and very spacious. City centre was about a 15/20 minutes walk and train station 5 mins. Water, tea, coffee and milk was also provided.
