Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

This is my second or third stay with Numa Florance Rodo, it did not disappoint. The location is amazing. The bed is very comfortable in the bathroom and the room in general was clean and it’s very accessible and stylish.
