You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Online check in made everything simple and quick. The room had very interesting decor but it was very nice and felt spacious, same for the bathroom. The toiletries provided were very generous. The location was also superb and the luggage storage system is very helpful.

The location was spectacular- an 11 minute walk from the station yet right by the duomo, about 8 minutes from the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. We were delighted to find a spacious room with a clean bathroom. There was little else to do within the actual hotel but downstairs was a bar and restaurant (quite pricey) but the location MORE than made up for this!!
