Numa Florence Palazzo Haggis

The walk from the train station with luggage was not bad. The location itself was just off the beaten path but close to everything you’d want to see in Florence. We were able to walk back to our place to rest during the day and it wasn’t inconvenient. Nights were quiet, I actually never saw a staff or other visitor in the building my whole stay. It does have a balcony but unless you smoke, it’s quite useless, nothing to do or see on it.

The room was spacious, with lots of storage room, complimentary water and tea. Good wifi. Reasonable price. Rather good location.

great size room, comfy bed, location was perfect, everything in walking distance. Liked the fridge and coffee machine in the room and also used the communal kitchen downstairs to make lunches.

Everything about this property was fantastic- would definitely recommend and will most definitely book again if ever in Florence. The location, amenities and the size of the room along with how clean it is- definitely worth every penny (and then some). We didn't book the breakfast option, so can't comment on it, but maybe next time?

Bonus like the tap water and the snacks in the fridge are always a thumb up, so yeah, all perfect. Check in and check out we're also easy and all info were defined well from the start. Everything's perfect!

The location was excellent. We had a large room with balcony. Had washer/dryer. /dr Balcony overlooked roofs. 3 stairways to climb. Clean, customer service A+++++.
