Simple to book in and also the left luggage lockers were great

We didn't expect that it might be so good. Room was perfectly prepared for us, it has great interior design, facilietis, and I like the app which you use to open the doors

The location is very central, everything you want to see is within 20 min. Walk.

The walk from the train station with luggage was not bad. The location itself was just off the beaten path but close to everything you’d want to see in Florence. We were able to walk back to our place to rest during the day and it wasn’t inconvenient. Nights were quiet, I actually never saw a staff or other visitor in the building my whole stay. It does have a balcony but unless you smoke, it’s quite useless, nothing to do or see on it.

The room was spacious, with lots of storage room, complimentary water and tea. Good wifi. Reasonable price. Rather good location.
