Q: How can I request an early check-in?

You can request to check in early during the digital registration process! If we can make it happen, we’ll send you a text on the day of your arrival.

Q: How can I request a late check-out?

Just get in touch with our Guest Experience team, and we'll see if we can give you a little more time. It's dependent on how many guests are coming and going on your departure day.

Q: How does the check-out work?

To check out, simply scan the QR code we’ve placed next to your room door, and that'll let us know that you're off to your next adventure!

Q: How often are the rooms cleaned?

Your rooms are professionally cleaned before you arrive, and we'll clean them again after you stay with us for one week. If you'd still like your room cleaned during your stay, we can absolutely make that happen! Just get in contact with our Guest Experience team, and they'll be happy to arrange that for you. Note: it'll cost you a little fee, so be prepared for that.

Numa Milan Camperio

The room was big and spacious, clean and well equipped. Both main bed and sofa bed were comfy. Location was great, just 2 min walk ro shopping area, cafes, resturants and land marks. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Our room was ready way earlier than we expected and we got an early check in which was very conviniet as we had an early flight.
