It’s super easy! We’ll send you a PIN code on the day you arrive, and you’ll use this PIN to access the building and your room.

You can request to check in early during the digital registration process! If we can make it happen, we’ll send you a text on the day of your arrival.

How can I request a late check-out?

Just get in touch with our Guest Experience team, and we'll see if we can give you a little more time. It's dependent on how many guests are coming and going on your departure day.

To check out, simply scan the QR code we’ve placed next to your room door, and that'll let us know that you're off to your next adventure!

Our Guest Experience team is ready and able to answer any questions or concerns you may have. They’re here to make sure your stay is unlike any other, and they’re good at what they do. Here’s the best part: they’re reachable 24/7, 365 days a year, over WhatsApp or over the phone.

How often are the rooms cleaned?

Your rooms are professionally cleaned before you arrive, and we'll clean them again after you stay with us for one week. If you'd still like your room cleaned during your stay, we can absolutely make that happen! Just get in contact with our Guest Experience team, and they'll be happy to arrange that for you. Note: it'll cost you a little fee, so be prepared for that.
