Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

Q: How does the check-out work?

There are three ways to check out: 1) Follow the link received via WhatsApp or SMS the day before departure 2) Scroll up on My Trips and check out there 3) Scan the QR code, which is placed on the door of your room

Not only was it 2 blocks from the Vatican, but the apartment itself was very cozy while retaining a certain sophistication with clean liness and old roman charm. We just loved everything.

The location, easy and seamless check-in and check-out, lots of space, and comfortable. Very close to restaurants, groceries and Travestere city. This makes the place perfectly convenient. Available was fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, water and welcome snacks. You cross the road, and the grocery store is there.

The apartment was excellent, with everything that you could need for a city stay. The addition of a washer/dryer and dishwasher was very useful. The space is well designed with thoughtful touches including the essentials closet. The sofa bed is very soft, but works fine. The kitchen was fully stocked and came with dish soap, laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs.

Clean, big apartment, perfect for 4 people. U can cook in a kitchen, the bathroom is also comfortable. U have a heater in each room which is important when it is cold at night. About 40 minutes from the center, a lot of restaurants and cafes around. The apartment is in a quiet area. Check in and out online which is a great solution instead of going to the reception. I recommend it for everyone.

Good location to explore the city. Located in a quieter part of Trastevere but within easy access of public transport and a short walking distance to the great choice of cafes, bars and restaurants of Trastevere.
