Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

How does the check-out work?

There are three ways to check out: 1) Follow the link received via WhatsApp or SMS the day before departure 2) Scroll up on My Trips and check out there 3) Scan the QR code, which is placed on the door of your room

How can I request an early check-in or a late check-out?

You can easily manage your booking via My Trips and request early check-in or late check-out there. Nearly always works! Unless the property is too busy that day.

Very comfortable, modern and clean apartments with excellent wi-fi connection, common kitchen and nice lobby zone. Good location, only 15 minutes walking to Rialto Bridge, and 10 minutes walking from Santa Lucia railway station. Digital check-in without any problems and 24/7 support if you have any questions. Great thing is lockers which you can use after check out till 20.00.

Really pretty room, clean and nicely furnished. Bathroom was nice, had everything we needed including blowdryer. Venice is not that big so it was easy to get to any place of interest. But keep in mind that there's no breakfast and the room is located near lively street so it can be quite noisy at night. Otherwise very pleasant stay!

The experience with Numa in Venice was amazing , the room is perfectly clean , the reception lady is so nice and helpful. The view from the window is a surprise as it’s directly on one of the beautiful canals of Venice. The location is perfect and walkable to all locations. Highly recommended in Venice .

As a single traveler, this room was excellent. Small, but located on the top floor, with a window that opened out onto a view of the adjacent canal. A masterful design that had everything I needed in the small space. Bathroom was good-sized, including a rain shower. Close to the major attractions and located on a commercial street with all the shops, cafes and restaurants you could want.

What a great find. Would highly recommend. Our room overlooked a little canal too which was so lovely! Staff were super friendly and helpful. We did get lost on our way to check in so be careful. The link to Apple Maps from Airbnb takes you to a different address than the Google maps link (Google maps had the correct address). In the end we just searched for Numa Apartments in our maps which took us to the right place.

Room is clean with all necessary essentials. A little small but comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Is a service apartment with lift. Located right in the shopping street with many shops and restaurants. About 15 minutes walk from the train station along the shopping street. So is an interesting pleasant walk.

This is a very well designed, safe place with great touches such as Grind coffee and Ren toiletries. I stayed in a single room which was tiny but as a place just to sleep, it's perfect.
