Fantastic location - right in the centre of the City, 1 min walk from San Marco, 3 min to Rialto, you can't get much better. Opening the windows from the Family Suite in the morning to be met with the charming view of the canal down to the Gondola service is what visiting Venice is all about. One of the single beds does share the wall with the lift shaft so I would recommend moving the mattress away slightly but it was a minor inconvenience rather than a problem.

We are a family of 4 we had a short stay in Venice this place was great the view,location,room size and everything else for some reason our aircon didn't work on cool only hot but we didn't end needing it anyway as the weather in April was great and the also had a fan so that didn't matter for us

Definitely location. It is really 2 minutes to San Marco and around bars, restaurants. It is near a chanel, gondols are around such a nice view..The room is small, but enough.

Amazing location and great stay. The location is fantastic — just a minute from St. Mark’s Square and right in the heart of everything. We received a spacious room (especially by Venice standards), very clean, new, and well equipped, with two bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a comfortable sitting area. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent and very responsive, and the app interface is quite convenient and easy to use.

Everything was very nice and it was in the centre enclosed to everything. There was an elevator and all services needed. There was water there extra blanket towels, coffee.

Facilities were above our expectations! Coffee and tea any time available free of charge and the “lobby- living room” area its a nice addition! The fact that anytime is a laundry room and iron to use makes it even more attractive even if u don’t use it! Location wise and safety is above!!

Wow what a cool experience! The apartment looked amazing! Huge and spacious. I really enjoyed the Numa branding everywhere! Everything was clean. Though getting there isn't the easiest, that's just the nature of Venice. The location itself is at the city center so that's great!
