Exceptional location. You can see the canal right outside the window. It’s very close to St Marks Square as well. There are restaurants right outside the gate. Location couldn’t be better! The room was spacious and clean!

Unexpectedly amazing! Such a spacious apartment - best bathrooms of our 4 week trip with an excellent shower, really comfortable beds, excellent location - gondolas literally going past our windows. Lockers to store our luggage before checking which was really helpful

Plenty of room for a family with 2 bathrooms and views of the canals from the windows. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. Decor was modern and relaxing. Kitchen dining area was also fantastic.

Location is more than perfect, it's maybe 3 min from Piazza San Marco so you can enjoy time in the centre of Venice. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful, there is possibility to early check-in.

The location is very close to S.Marco. We stay at 2 rooms apart on the ground floor. Spacious and spotless clean. The apartment looks really modern like it the pictures. The communication is clear and the staff responds quite well.
