When visiting Venice on a budget, this was probably as good as it gets. The localisation is excellent, and the rooms are surprisingly comfortable.

Central location, it was close to everything. We had room 001 which was the family room and the size of the room was big with enough space. We can see the water from our window and the gondolas passing by. My first time in Venice and we had an amazing experience! The room looks modern and the 2 separate showers and toilets all worked well. There were washing machine/dryer. There were extra towels and provided water upon arrival.
