The location was excellent, right in the heart of Brussels, making it easy to explore the city and access shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and the overall design was modern.

Location is fine and price was better than hotels in the vicinity. Beds were very good. Water ans coffie machine is certainly a plus. Safe available is also one. Room is small but OK.

Couldn't be happier with our stay! Incredible location super close to Brussels Central train station and many of the great attractions and shopping districts. Also quiet and clean and we were able to get plenty of rest for each day's adventure. If we can travel back to Brussels we would definitely stay again!

The hotel is centrally located, just a few steps from the royal gallery and the Grand Plaz. It has all the amenities, everything foreseen online. It is amazing how everything is working so smoothly, starting from the check-in up to the moment when you can leave your luggage at free lockers and still access the hotel with its amenities by the end of your stay. well at least by 8 pm as it said. Coffee and tea available in the rooms as well as down in the lobby.

Great location—we were able to walk everywhere, and being so close to the train station was super convenient for visiting Ghent and Bruges. The place was very clean, and check-in/check-out was seamless.
