Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

Really nice layout for this type of aparthotel with modern feel and beds were comfortable. Although not in the city centre the surrounding location was lovely with nice bars/restaurants and transport links to the centre were great. Check in and out really easy with WhatsApp messages/emails

We loved the apartment; it was very cozy, quiet, and just a few meters from the tram stop for easy access to the city center. The apartment had everything we needed and is located in a quiet residential area. The quality-price ratio is good for Amsterdam.
