Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

Q: How does the check-out work?

There are three ways to check out: 1) Follow the link received via WhatsApp or SMS the day before departure 2) Scroll up on My Trips and check out there 3) Scan the QR code, which is placed on the door of your room

Q: How can I request an early check-in or a late check-out?

You can easily manage your booking via My Trips and request early check-in or late check-out there. Nearly always works! Unless the property is too busy that day.

central home, great accommodation for larger groups and seamless check in and check out instructions! Host was responsive and very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, couldn’t hear any noise from neighbours and windows were very soundproof. It was great being able to use the same code for both doors and the storage lockers were a nice touch. Smoking areas are available on every floor and down stairs in an enclosed area. Would recommend to anyone in a large group going to amsterdam!
